Seed thought taken from Leaning into Mystery: Practicing Together #10.
I noticed that those who can, do. Those who love, teach.
This week, I invite in geekery. I need to geek out in a couple areas in my life right now–let the research bunny run free! Getting my groove on with business and gardening are my goals.
Ways this could happen: Invoking some Jupiter/Mercury influence might be a good way to get a leg up on this. I also want to make a calendar for lunar gardening–not necessarily because I believe that the Moon in Capricorn grows good potatoes, but precisely because it provides you with a schedule to follow. Otherwise, there are so many things to do, it can be hard to keep track and make sure everything it being attended.
What went well: Despite being particularly busy, or perhaps because of it, I felt like I actually had more time. I had been worried that I wouldn’t be able to find time to work on the planet paintings, but in fact, I reprioritized things in order to make sure that happened. This is a good less on for me on how to focus on the things I really want to get done. Overall, a very satisfying week.
Updates: Creativity and groundedness were achieved, as were most of the paintings for the planetary sigils! The only two that are outstanding, Pluto and Neptune, will be completed at the zenith of those planets on Tuesday and Thursday respectively. I did use the Hours app to coordinate things, and to find additional times to work on the pieces if they went over their allotted hour to complete.
