Sounds really worthwhile for people involved in these areas. Although in Britain, and perhaps only in the pagan / Druid / Brythonic communities I’m involved with, we don’t tend to have leaders. Which means things are fairer and more anarachic and we don’t get egos. Although maybe less gets done… What’s your personal stance on the value of pagan leadership?
